BOWLS
Club Tranmere compete in the Metropolitan Bowls Association Pennant competition in various divisions.
Tranmere currently has 5 sides competing on Saturdays (mixed gender), 4 sides on Wednesdays (Male) and 3 on Thursdays (Female).
Our women’s Premier League and Division 1 teams were both Grand Final winners in the 2025/26 season.
Tranmere’s winter bowls competition provides a sociable and fun afternoon to be enjoyed by all participants.
Games commence at 12 noon on Wednesdays and Fridays.

The Tranmere Night Owls program is for anyone that would like a fun night of bowls. It is played each Tuesday evening from mid October to the end of the following March each year. There is a break for Christmas and New Year holidays.
Sausage Sizzle from 6pm. Bar open during the evening.
Game 1 starts 7pm. Raffle at mid evening break. Nightly winners prizes. Evening concludes 9.30 – 10.00pm.

Social Bowls is an ideal opportunity for all newcomers to learn about bowls. We cater for all skill levels and everyone gets a game.

A membership application form can be downloaded from Bowling Membership Page. All application forms must include the signatures of the proposer and seconder who are current club members.
